Key Responsibilities

Develop technical content related to EV, solar energy, and renewable technologies.

Prepare training manuals, technical guides, presentations, SOPs, lab manuals, and learning modules.

Create practical exercises, assessments, and instructional materials for students and trainers.

Research and simplify complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand learning content.





Coordinate with engineering and training teams to validate technical accuracy.

Develop equipment operation guides, troubleshooting documents, and safety instructions.

Requirements

B.Tech/M.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, EV, or Renewable Energy Engineering.

2–4 years of relevant industry experience.

Mandatory hands-on experience in the EV, solar, or renewable energy domain.

Experience in technical content writing, documentation, or training material development.

Robust technical writing and communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Experience with EV systems, batteries, charging stations, solar PV systems, or training equipment is preferred.
