1. Perform routine & special tests independently after studying protocol

2. Follow QC procedures
3. Reagent preparation whenever required. Study of reagent performance. Submit data to the HOD, for review & rating analysis of external services.
4. Routine maintenance of the equipment.
5. Clinical Correlation whenever required.
6. Communicate with the clinicians or inter-departmental staff regarding sample related trouble shooting.
7. Hands on training to staff about the test protocols, quality control and equipment care / maintenance.
8. Follow NABH/NABL related protocol & documentation (daily, weekly and monthly).
9. Stock keeping and maintaining the inventory, defining re-order levels.
10. Solve problems related to procedures, samples, any departmental system & inform about the same to the seniors.

Job Type: Full time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
