- Perform routine & special tests independently after studying protocol
- Follow QC procedures
- Reagent preparation whenever required. Study of reagent performance. Submit data to the HOD, for review & rating analysis of external services.
- Routine maintenance of the equipment.
- Clinical Correlation whenever required.
- Communicate with the clinicians or inter-departmental staff regarding sample related trouble shooting.
- Hands on training to staff about the test protocols, quality control and equipment care / maintenance.
- Follow NABH/NABL related protocol & documentation (daily, weekly and monthly).
- Stock keeping and maintaining the inventory, defining re-order levels.
- Solve problems related to procedures, samples, any departmental system & inform about the same to the seniors.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
