Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Lab Technician to perform laboratory tests, handle samples, operate laboratory equipment, and ensure accurate and timely reporting of test results in a hospital setting.

Key Responsibilities

- Collect, receive, label, and process blood, urine, and other patient samples.
- Perform routine laboratory tests, including hematology, biochemistry, and clinical pathology.
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and diagnostic instruments.
- Prepare samples and reagents according to laboratory procedures.
- Ensure accuracy and reliability of test results.
- Follow infection control, hygiene, and laboratory safety protocols.
- Maintain laboratory records and patient test reports.
- Perform quality control checks and ensure proper storage of samples.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare staff.




- Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of laboratory equipment.

Required Skills
- Knowledge of laboratory testing procedures and sample handling.
- Experience operating laboratory equipment and analyzers.
- Knowledge of infection control and biomedical waste management.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.
- Valuable communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in shifts, if required.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidates with hospital or diagnostic laboratory experience.
- Freshers may be considered depending on the hospital's requirements.
- Must follow patient confidentiality and laboratory safety standards.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
