L3 NOC Engineer – Routing & Switching | SD-WAN

Key Responsibilities
- Provide L3 support for enterprise network infrastructure and NOC operations.
- Troubleshoot complex Routing, Switching, and WAN issues.
- Manage and support SD-WAN environments.
- Handle Incident, Problem, and Change Management as per SLAs.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for major incidents.
- Coordinate with internal teams and customers for escalations and resolution.
- Monitor network performance and ensure high availability.
Mandatory Skills
- Routing & Switching: BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, MPLS
- Layer 2/3 Networking: VLANs, STP
- SD-WAN: Cisco, Meraki, Viptela
- Enterprise Network Troubleshooting & NOC Operations
- Firewalls, VPNs & Network Security
Positive to Have
- Zscaler (ZIA/ZPA)
- AWS/Azure Networking
- ITIL knowledge
