Key Responsibilities

- Incident Management:Respond to and resolve incidents reported by L1 support or automated monitoring tools

- Investigate, diagnose, and troubleshoot production issues to minimize downtime

- Technical Support:Provide second-level support for applications, systems, and infrastructure

- Collaborate with L3 support and development teams to resolve complex technical issues

- Monitoring and Alerting:Monitor production systems and applications to proactively identify and address potential issues





- Configure and manage alerting systems to ensure timely response to incidents

- Documentation:Create and maintain documentation related to incident resolution procedures, known issues, and troubleshooting guides

- Contribute to knowledge base articles for L1 support and end-users

- Communication:Communicate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders regarding incident status, resolution timelines, and preventive measures

- Escalate critical issues to appropriate teams for prompt resolution

- Continuous Improvement:Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance the efficiency of incident response and resolution

- Participate in post-incident reviews to analyze root causes and implement preventive measures

- Collaboration:Work closely with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to understand application architectures and dependencies

- Collaborate with L1 support to provide training and knowledge transfer
