Job Summary L2 Application Support - Python/C# is a permanent, 24/7 shift role based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. Experience: 4 - 5 years.

Responsibilities

- Looking for L2 Application Support / Production Support professionals.
- Strong experience in Python OR C# is mandatory (either one is acceptable).
- Candidates should have hands-on experience in automation /scripting; this is not a core development role.
- Strong troubleshooting , incident management , and production support experience is required.
- Good understanding of application workflows with the ability to work independently with minimal handholding.
- Exposure to monitoring tools such as Grafana, Splunk, etc.

- Setting consists primarily of Java-based legacy applications, so understanding application architecture is important.
