Key Responsibilities: Install and configure Windows 10/11, software, and applications. Set up laptops and desktops for new joiners. Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and network issues. Install and configure printers, scanners, and other peripherals.

Create user accounts and configure email applications such as Outlook. Diagnose and resolve desktop and laptop performance issues. Coordinate with internet service providers to resolve connectivity issues.

Perform basic hardware testing, replacement, and maintenance. Maintain records of IT assets, technical issues, and resolutions. Escalate complex technical issues to the L2 support team.

Required Skills: Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems and computer hardware. Knowledge of networking fundamentals and troubleshooting. Familiarity with MS Office, Outlook, printers, and peripherals. Ability to provide in office technical support.
