Key Responsibilities

- Provide Level 1 & Level 2 technical support for UK clients.

- Troubleshoot and resolve escalated issues .

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of client concerns.

- Document incidents, solutions, and best practices for knowledge sharing.

- Monitor systems and proactively identify potential issues.

- Ensure compliance with service-level agreements (SLAs).

- Deliver excellent customer service with clear communication and professionalism.

Requirements

- 2–10 years of experience in technical support or system administration.

- Robust knowledge of networking, operating systems, and enterprise applications.

- Ability to analyse and resolve complex technical problems.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

- Experience supporting international clients is highly desirable.

- Willingness to work in the 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM IST shift.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
