Role & responsibilities

Key Accounts Manager responsible for Understanding the requirement of clients and co-ordinate with different departments for customized business proposal and develop a strong sales pipeline to support the sales development plan and surpassing set targets business

Maintain and develop current Contract Logistics , Integrated Logistics, IWS, VAS, FTWZ

Retention, development & deep selling on existing accounts.

Performance reviews on Monthly basis with customer and virtual team to ensure proper service fulfilment as per agreed contract terms.

Meet and exceeds personal and regional team new business revenue goals.

Develop solid opportunity pipeline for sales opportunities

Work on regional/local RFI/RFQ/RFP written responses





Build relationships with key contacts within customer organizations to understand opportunities for Contract

Logistics to create value.

Work closely with this team to develop creative solutions to customer needs.

Identify issues before they become problems through close contact with customer.

Assure customer expectations are in alignment.

Drive proactive suggestions for continuous and discontinuous improvement.

Maintain close communication with customer and operations team to assure uniform understanding of customer expectations relative to operational solutions, timeline, costs and results.

Ensure pipeline development update in corelog is maintained
