Roles and Responsibilities

- Conduct regular performance reviews with agents to identify areas of improvement and provide coaching/training as needed.

- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform business decisions.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 1-6 years of experience in agency management or related field (insurance industry).

- Solid knowledge of motor insurance products and services offered by various companies.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for building strong client relationships.

- Ability to analyze data to drive business growth; proficiency in MIS reporting tools an added advantage.
