Job Summary:

We are looking for a Kannada-speaking Telecaller to handle customer calls, explain products or services, follow up with prospective customers, and maintain customer records.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls and handle incoming customer calls.
- Communicate fluently in Kannada with customers.
- Explain products, services, and company offerings clearly.
- Follow up with leads and interested customers.
- Maintain call records and update customer information in Excel or CRM.
- Handle customer queries professionally.
- Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead conversion.

Requirements:





- Must be fluent in speaking Kannada.
- Positive communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel skills.
- Previous telecalling, telesales, or customer support experience preferred.
- Freshers with strong Kannada communication skills can also apply.
- Tamil or English knowledge will be an added advantage.
