Job Role: Junior Videographer

Roles and Responsibilities

- Video Shooting and Recording
- Assist in shooting videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube, promotional campaigns, advertisements, and other social media platforms.
- Record high-quality videos according to the creative brief and requirements provided by the manager.
- Capture product videos, business promotions, interviews, events, and behind-the-scenes content.
- Camera and Equipment Handling
- Operate cameras, lenses, tripods, gimbals, microphones, lighting equipment, and other video production tools.
- Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and ready for shoots.
- Handle equipment carefully and report any technical issues or damage immediately.
- On-Location Shoots
- Travel across Chennai for client shoots as scheduled by the manager.
- Reach shooting locations on time and coordinate with the team during production.
- Assist in setting up cameras, lighting, audio equipment, and shooting arrangements.
- Follow the shooting plan and ensure all required footage is captured.
- Assisting the Senior Videographer and Creative Team
- Support senior videographers, photographers, and content creators during shoots.
- Follow creative instructions, shot lists, camera angles, and framing guidelines.
- Learn and implement recent shooting techniques to improve video quality.
- Assist in preparing props,



backgrounds, and other shoot requirements.
- Basic Video Editing
- Perform basic video editing, trimming, sequencing, and footage selection when required.
- Organize and transfer recorded footage to the editing team.
- Ensure files are named, categorized, and stored properly.
- Coordinate with video editors to provide the required footage and retakes.
- Social Media Content Production
- Shoot vertical videos in suitable formats for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other social media platforms.
- Capture engaging visuals according to the brand guidelines and content requirements of each client.
- Follow current video trends and suggest creative ideas for social media content.
- Time Management and Scheduling
- Follow the daily shoot schedule assigned by the manager.
- Complete assigned shooting tasks within the given timelines.
- Inform the manager promptly about delays, equipment issues, or other challenges.
- Maintain punctuality and follow company login and logout procedures.
- Footage Management and Quality Control
- Review recorded footage to ensure proper focus, framing, lighting, and audio quality.
- Check that all required shots have been captured before leaving the location.
- Back up footage and maintain organized project folders according to company procedures.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
