Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Junior SMO Associate to manage, grow, and maintain our social media presence across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, create, and publish engaging content (posts, carousels, stories, reels) for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube

- Implement organic growth strategies for data integration and retrieval from social analytics

- Work with design tools like Canva, Figma, Photoshop

- Collaborate with content and sales teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality posts on time

- Participate in content reviews, debugging captions/hashtags,



and troubleshooting low reach to improve performance

- Integrate AI tools (ChatGPT, Canva AI, etc.) to enhance content creation and performance

- Ensure consistency, brand guidelines, and timely posting of content

Required Skills:

- Proficiency in Canva, Capcut / VN Editor

- Experience with AI tools for content and design

- Robust creativity and problem-solving skills

- Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Buffer, etc.)Hands-on experience with Instagram Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, YouTube Studio

- Knowledge of social media technologies - Hashtags, Trends, SEO / AEO / GEO basics

- Familiar with Google Sheets, Content Calendars, and Content Planning
