Role Description This is a full-time, remote Junior Recruiter role with target-based earning potential up to 10K.

The Junior

Recruiter will support end-to-end hiring activities, including sourcing candidates through online platforms, screening resumes, and conducting initial qualification calls or messages. Daily responsibilities include coordinating interviews, maintaining candidate records, and communicating updates to hiring managers or senior recruiters. The role also involves posting job ads, tracking progress against recruitment targets, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process.

Junior

Recruiters are expected to manage multiple requisitions, meet performance goals, and collaborate with the wider recruitment team while working independently in a remote environment.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong communication skills,



including transparent written and verbal communication and the ability to engage professionally with candidates and clients.
- Candidates should possess basic recruitment and sourcing skills, such as resume screening, candidate outreach, and familiarity with job boards or social media platforms.
- Candidates should possess organizational and time management skills to handle multiple openings, track candidate pipelines, and meet daily and weekly targets.
- Candidates should possess interpersonal and relationship-building skills to maintain a positive candidate experience and collaborate effectively with team members.
- Candidates should possess general digital literacy, including comfort using spreadsheets, applicant tracking tools, online communication platforms, and remote work technologies.
- Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field are beneficial but not mandatory, and prior internship or entry-level experience in recruitment, sales, or customer service is an advantage.
