Develop Monthly Production Plans (MPS) based on sales forecast and customer requirements and ensure adherence across all plants.

1. Prepare, review and communicate daily, weekly and monthly production plans to all concerned departments.
2. Monitor production schedules and make necessary amendments based on customer priorities, machine availability and capacity constraints.
3. Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, Quality and HR Departments to ensure smooth execution of production plans.
4. Define and maintain green level inventory of Raw Material, Child Parts, WIP and Finished Goods.
5. Review plant capacities, manpower availability and machine loading to ensure optimum utilization of resources.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
