We are looking for a Junior MERN Stack Developer with 13 years of hands-on experience in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. The ideal candidate should have strong development fundamentals, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with the team.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain web applications using the MERN stack.

Build reusable and responsive UI components using React.js, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

Develop and maintain RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js.

Design and optimize MongoDB schemas, queries, and database operations.

Integrate front-end components with backend APIs and third-party services.

Implement authentication, authorization, and role-based access controls.

Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code following coding standards.

Debug application issues and resolve bugs and performance problems.

Test features and collaborate with QA engineers to ensure application quality.

Use Git for version control and participate in code reviews.

Work with UI/UX designers to implement user-friendly interfaces.

Participate in requirement discussions, task planning, and sprint activities.

Assist with application deployment, configuration, and maintenance.





Maintain technical documentation and improve application performance.

Required Technical Skills

1. Front-End Development

Hands-on experience with React.js and component-based development.

Good knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.

Understanding of React Hooks, props, state, and component lifecycle.

Experience building responsive and cross-browser-compatible interfaces.

Familiarity with Context API or Redux for state management.

2. Back-End Development

Practical experience with Node.js and Express.js.

Ability to develop and integrate RESTful APIs.

Understanding of routing, middleware, and error handling.

Knowledge of asynchronous programming, Promises, and async/await.

Understanding of JWT authentication and secure password handling.

3. Database Management

Hands-on experience with MongoDB.

Understanding of CRUD operations, schema design, and indexing.

Basic knowledge of query optimization and database performance.

Familiarity with Mongoose or similar MongoDB libraries.

4. Version Control and Development Tools

Experience with Git and platforms such as GitHub or GitLab.

Familiarity with npm or yarn for package management.

Ability to use browser developer tools for debugging.

Understanding of environment variables and application configuration.

5. Testing, Security, and Performance

Basic understanding of unit testing and API testing.

Familiarity with Jest, React Testing Library,



or Postman.

Knowledge of input validation, secure authentication, and web security practices.

Understanding of basic application performance optimization.

Preferred Skills

Familiarity with TypeScript.

Basic knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.

Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and build tools.

Basic understanding of Docker and containerization.

Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.

Experience integrating third-party APIs and services.

Eligibility Criteria

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

2–3 years of relevant MERN stack development experience.

Good understanding of full-stack web application development.

Ability to troubleshoot issues and work independently on assigned tasks.

Strong communication, collaboration, and time-management skills.

Willingness to learn new technologies and follow coding standards.

Comfortable working in office in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
