We are seeking a highly sophisticated, articulate, and experienced Junior Sales Specialist to join our team at our premier location in Marine Lines, Mumbai. This role goes beyond traditional retail; it is about building lifelong relationships with High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) and Ultra-HNIs across India. The ideal candidate possesses deep expertise in diamond-studded jewelry and high-end timepieces, alongside a proven track record of handling high-ticket transactions with absolute discretion and flawless etiquette.

- HNI Client Management: Cultivate, maintain, and expand a premium portfolio of HNI and UHNI clients, catering to Mumbai's elite, corporate leaders, and multi-generational affluent families.
- Consultative Sales: Guide clients through high-ticket purchases of certified diamond jewelry and luxury watches, demonstrating deep product knowledge, storytelling ability, and technical expertise.
- Private Viewings: Organize and conduct exclusive, private viewings, trunk shows, and off-site consultations, creating an immaculate luxury experience either in-lounge or at a clients private residence.
- Relationship Building: Act as a brand custodian, managing the end-to-end client journey from initial consultation to after-sales service, custom design coordination, and long-term engagement.
- Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of global and domestic trends in Haute Joaillerie and Haute Horlogerie,



auction market dynamics, and gemstone certifications (GIA, IGI) to position yourself as a trusted advisor.

Preferred candidate profile

- Experience: Minimum of 47 years of experience in luxury retail, high-end boutique sales, or private client relations in Mumbai, specifically handling diamond jewelry and luxury watch brands.
- Network: A pre-existing, active network or demonstrable experience in managing relationships with HNIs, business tycoons, and affluent families in South Mumbai and surrounding regions.
- Product Knowledge:
- Solid understanding of diamond grading (the 4 Cs), precious metals, and fine jewelry craftsmanship.
- Familiarity with watch complications, movements, and horological history.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Perfect command of English is required; fluency in Hindi/Gujarati is a significant advantage given the local demographic.
- Persona: Impeccable grooming, sophisticated deportment, and a high emotional quotient (EQ) with the ability to navigate elite social circles effortlessly.
- Discretion: Strict adherence to client confidentiality and data privacy protocols.
