Key ResponsibilitiesGraphic Design

- Create engaging social media posters, banners, advertisements, and promotional creatives.
- Design marketing materials, brochures, flyers, presentations, and digital creatives.
- Develop creative designs based on client requirements and brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with the digital marketing and content teams to produce effective visual content.
- Maintain brand consistency across different digital platforms.

Video Editing

- Edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, promotional videos, and corporate videos.
- Add transitions, animations, subtitles, background music, and visual effects.
- Create engaging video content for social media marketing campaigns.
- Edit raw footage into polished, professional videos.
- Adapt video content to different formats and platform requirements.

Team Collaboration

- Work closely with the design, video, and digital marketing teams.




- Understand project briefs and deliver creatives within deadlines.
- Make revisions based on feedback and maintain quality standards.
- Stay updated with current design trends, social media formats, and editing techniques.

Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of graphic design principles, typography, colour combinations, and layouts.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
- Good time management and ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Basic understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube content formats.

Eligibility
- Candidates with 0–1 year of experience can apply.
- Freshers with solid creative skills and a good portfolio are welcome.
- A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Candidates must be willing to learn, accept feedback, and work collaboratively.
