To plan, coordinate, and work as a team to complete purchase activities efficiently, within the stipulated budget and timeline, while ensuring continuous vendor development.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute purchase activities to meet daily targets and budget set by management.
Coordinate with existing vendors and actively develop new vendors to meet future requirements.
Ensure all components in the Bill of Materials (BOM) are ready for issuance as per the project schedule.
Follow up regularly with suppliers to monitor progress and resolve delays.
Visit vendors locally for inspection, coordination, and follow-up on deliveries.
Maintain proper purchase documentation and records using MS Excel and MS Word.
