Job Summary

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and technology-oriented professional with hands-on experience in developing interactive E-learning modules and digital learning content. The role will involve working closely with Equilibrios subject matter experts to transform complex topics around POSH, workplace behaviour, gender sensitisation, mental health, legal and compliance, and organisational learning into engaging, interactive, and easy-to-understand digital learning experiences.

Responsibilities

Primary KRA

- Knowledge of Articulate Rise 360 Storyline 3 is crucial

- Hands-on experience with other e-learning and multimedia tools such as Canva, Vyond, Camtasia, and Adobe Creative Cloud

- Experience in AI-assisted content creation

- Strong content writing, proofreading, and visual design skills

- Experience creating scenarios, quizzes, knowledge checks, animations, and interactive activities

- Good understanding of instructional design and e-learning development

- Ability to create and edit basic videos, graphics, animations, and audio.

Requirements

Junior E- learning Developer

Bachelors degree in any relevant discipline- Education/ Instruction Design/ Animation/ Visual Communication
