Role Overview

We are looking for an organised Junior Client Servicing Executive to support client communication and event coordination. The role involves tracking requirements, following up on deliverables, and assisting the team in providing a smooth client experience. An events background is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with client calls, emails, meetings, and routine follow-ups. Record client requirements and share clear updates with the relevant teams. Collect client artwork, brand assets, approvals, and other required information. Maintain account trackers, meeting notes, and delivery schedules. Support senior team members with event preparation and on-ground coordination.

Required Skills Qualifications Clear verbal and written communication skills. Robust organisation, attention to detail, and follow-up discipline. Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, and presentation tools.





Ability to work collaboratively and manage assigned deadlines. Willingness to learn client servicing and event coordination processes. Preferred (Nice to Have) Previous experience or an internship in events, client servicing, or customer coordination.

Familiarity with exhibitions, conferences, or brand activations.

Experience maintaining client records or CRM updates. Immediate availability to join.
