Junior Business Analyst

We are looking for a Junior Business Analyst - Controlling who can drive financial reporting excellence, support business decision-making through insightful analysis, improve controlling processes, and collaborate with stakeholders across multiple functions in a complex international environment.

In your future role as Junior Business Analyst, you will:

- Act as the custodian and process owner for Finance & Controlling activities within the Shared Service Center across assigned entities.
- Prepare and deliver monthly actuals, forecasts, and management reports supporting the Integrated Supply Chain and business stakeholders.
- Analyze financial performance and provide variance reporting with meaningful insights into deviations and exceptions.
- Support Commercial Controlling activities by ensuring data accuracy within SAP, including maintenance of additive costs and derivation rules.
- Coordinate transfer pricing activities, including preparation of transfer price segmentation and maintenance of related agreements.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to establish efficient processes for data collection, master data maintenance, and costing accuracy.
- Develop, maintain, and continuously improve standard operating procedures (SOPs), process documentation, and training materials.
- Prepare recurring and ad hoc financial reports, dashboards, and analysis to support business decision-making.
- Support statutory, internal,



and SOX audits through the preparation of accurate and standardized reporting.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and continuous improvement within Finance & Controlling operations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across regions and functions to ensure timely delivery of financial information and insights.

Excellent if you have

- Strong understanding of Controlling, Financial Reporting, and Management Accounting principles.
- Experience working in a Finance Shared Services environment.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Robust knowledge of SAP ERP, SAP BW, and reporting tools.
- Excellent Microsoft Excel and financial modeling capabilities.
- Experience performing root cause analysis and driving process improvements.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results within deadlines.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills in an international environment.
- Experience supporting audits and compliance activities, including SOX controls.

We believe you bring

- Chartered Accountant (CA), Cost & Management Accountant (CMA), or MBA (Finance) from a recognized institution.
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in Finance, Controlling, Financial Planning & Analysis, or Accounting functions.
- Experience working within a Shared Services or Global Business Services environment is preferred.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, business analysis, and performance management.
- Proficiency in SAP, SAP BW, reporting applications, and Microsoft Excel.
- Experience interacting with cross-functional teams and international stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
