Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and motivated Junior Architect with 03 years of experience. The candidate should have a good understanding of architectural design, space planning, technical drawings, materials, and site execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in architectural and interior design projects.

- Prepare 2D plans, elevations, sections and working drawings using AutoCAD.

- Create 3D models and renders using SketchUp, Enscape, D5 or Lumion.

- Assist senior architects in design development and client requirements.

- Coordinate with site engineers, vendors and contractors.

- Visit project sites and check execution as per drawings.

- Prepare material selections,



BOQ and basic project documentation.

- Make design revisions based on client requirements.

- Assist in preparing design presentations and proposals.

- Support the sales team by explaining design concepts and project details to clients.

Eligibility

- Qualification: B.Arch / B.Sc.

Interior

Design.

- Experience: 0–3years in Architecture / Interior Design.

- Knowledge of AutoCAD 2D & 3D, SketchUp, and Enscape / D5 / Lumion.

- Good understanding of architectural drawings, interior materials, finishes, furniture, and space planning.

- Positive communication and coordination skills.

- Freshers with strong technical and design skills may also apply.

Salary & Benefits

- Salary: 15,000 – 30,000 per month, depending on experience, skills, and interview performance.

- PF + ESI.
