Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Junior Architect role based in Mumbai.

The Junior

Architect will support the design team in developing architectural concepts, preparing drawings, and assisting with interior layouts in line with project requirements. Daily tasks include creating and revising plans and 3D models, coordinating with senior designers and consultants, and contributing to presentations and client documentation. The role involves site visits to understand existing conditions, monitoring design execution, and ensuring alignment with quality, timeline, and cost parameters.

Architect will also help maintain project records, collaborate with vendors, and participate in design reviews to refine solutions.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development, space planning, and detailing.
- Candidates should possess relevant skills in Software Development and Integration only as they relate to design tools, workflows, or BIM/visualization platforms.
- Candidates should possess foundational Project Management skills, such as task coordination, time management, and documentation.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar) and basic rendering tools.
- Candidates should possess excellent visual communication abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to interpret and translate client requirements into design solutions.
- A bachelor’s degree in Architecture or an equivalent architectural qualification is preferred; fresh graduates or early-career professionals are encouraged to apply.
- Ability to work in office in Mumbai, collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team, and adapt to evolving project needs.
