​Job Title: Junior Accountant – US Accounting

Working Hours: 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM IST (US Overlap Shift)

Compensation: Up to ₹5,000,000 / annum (₹5 LPA, based on experience and qualification)

​Job Summary

​We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Junior Accountant to join our US Accounting team in Jaipur. In this role, you will handle core accounting functions, including general ledger maintenance, accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting for US-based clients.

​This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates, CA dropouts, or accounting professionals with 1–4 years of experience looking to build or advance their career in US accounting standards and practices.

​Key Responsibilities​1. General & Core Accounting

- ​Assist with day-to-day general ledger accounting and ensure accuracy in financial transactions under US GAAP principles.
- ​Prepare, record, and maintain accurate journal entries and supporting documentation.

​2. Accounts Payable (AP) & Accounts Receivable (AR)

- ​Process vendor invoices, match purchase orders, and assist with timely invoice approvals and payment processing.
- ​Generate customer billing, monitor open receivables, and perform routine follow-ups on outstanding balances.

​3. Bank Reconciliation & Financial Reporting

- ​Perform monthly bank, credit card,



and vendor statement reconciliations to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- ​Support senior accountants in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and closure reports.

​4. Reporting & Compliance Support

- ​Maintain structured data using MS Excel and accounting software for internal review and auditing purposes.
- ​Ensure strict adherence to internal controls, accounting guidelines, and data confidentiality standards.

​Qualifications & Candidate Requirements

- ​Educational Background:
- ​B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Dropouts (Semi-qualified CA / IPCC clears preferred).
- ​Experience:
- ​0 to 4 years of experience in accounting or finance operations. (Freshers with strong accounting fundamentals are encouraged to apply).
- ​Technical & Domain Skills:
- ​Solid understanding of core accounting principles (Journal Entries, Ledger Maintenance, AP/AR, Trial Balance).
- ​Hands-on proficiency with MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas).
- ​Knowledge of US Accounting standards or exposure to tools like QuickBooks, Xero, or NetSuite is a plus (not mandatory).
- ​Key Competencies:
- ​Strong numerical ability, attention to detail, and analytical mindset.
- ​Good written and verbal English communication skills.
- ​Comfort with working in a fixed 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM IST shift schedule.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
