Position: Junior Accountant

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to support the Accounts & Finance team with petty cash analysis, expense verification, and audit vouching. Candidates with prior experience working in CA firms and hands-on exposure to audit vouching and verification of financial documents will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and analyse petty cash records and expense statements.
- Verify bills, invoices, receipts, and supporting documents against recorded expenses.
- Perform audit vouching to ensure transactions are supported by valid documentation.
- Check expense claims for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies.
- Reconcile petty cash balances with supporting vouchers and cash records.
- Identify discrepancies, duplicate entries, and missing supporting documents, and report them to the reporting manager.
- Assist in preparing expense reports, reconciliations, and audit schedules.
- Maintain proper documentation and records for internal and external audits.
- Coordinate with salon branches and internal teams to collect bills, vouchers, and expense-related information.




- Support the Accounts & Finance team with day-to-day accounting activities as required.

Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: B.Com or a relevant qualification in Accounting or Finance.
- Experience: 1–3 years of relevant experience in accounting, petty cash management, or audit-related work.
- Candidates who have worked in CA firms and handled audit vouching will be preferred.
- Positive knowledge of accounting principles, expense verification, and reconciliation.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software.
- Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and documentation skills.
