Role & responsibilities

- To operate the oxygen plant and Monitoring the DCS system Leading the operators in their daily tasks to update, compile, analyze and report production data and process parameters with maintain the customer demands.
- Maintain the Logbook and critical parameters for analysis and update the DPR on daily basis.
- Issue the permit on shift basis for safely working and complete the job without any incident.
- FI-Project for process improvement.
- Fulfill the customer centricity with quality products and timely basis.
- Involving in the taskforce committee in LOTO TO.
- Frequent starts and stops due to fall in oxygen demand arising out of idleness at smelters and sometimes without prior information, leads to thermal stress and deterioration of equipment.
- Corrosion and temperature resulting from high temperature and presence of salt and impurities in the air in the coastal area.




- Involving the small & Big shutdowns of all plants.
- Trouble shooting during emergency or blackout.
- Give extra effort or time to plant during urgency.

Preferred candidate profile

- Diploma in Chemical Engineering
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Candidate should be from local Gujarat
