Role Description The Jr Graphic Designer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. This role involves creating visual assets for marketing and corporate communications, including social media graphics, presentations, brochures, and banners.

The Jr Graphic

Designer will support brand consistency by applying established brand guidelines, working on logo adaptations, and refining layouts and typography for digital and print materials. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with marketing and operations teams, interpreting briefs,



preparing design concepts, and delivering production-ready files within timelines. The role also includes basic image editing, maintaining an organized asset library, and assisting in updating design templates as needed.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to translate concepts into clear visual communication.
- Proficiency in Logo Design and Branding to support and enhance the company’s visual identity.
- Good understanding of Typography and layout principles for both digital and print media.
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign or equivalent).
- Attention to detail, ability to follow brand guidelines, and openness to constructive feedback.
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in office.
- Relevant education in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field; internship or freelance experience is an advantage.
