Role & responsibilities

Technical Expertise

- Engineering degree with 10+ years of experience in PLM with a minimum of 6+ years in PTC Windchill.
- Successfully led at least one (preferably multiple) large-scale greenfield Windchill implementations.
- Solid domain familiarity in engineering, manufacturing, and product development.
- Own Windchill solutioning and guide team including:
- PDMLink, PartLink, MPMLink, and Supplier Management
- Change management, configuration management, BOM management
- CAD data management and visualization
- Architect integrations between Windchill and:
- CAD tools (Creo, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Inventor)
- ERP/MES Systems (SAP, etc.)
- ThingWorx, Navigate, and IoT/digital thread environments

- WBM (Windchill Bulk Migrator)
- Define APIs, middleware flows, and integration patterns.
- Expert-level proficiency in:
- Windchill architecture & clusters
- Java/J2EE, Info*Engine, OData, REST APIs

- Database systems (Oracle/SQL Server)
- Apache/Tomcat, directory services (LDAP/AD)
- Establish DevOps/CI-CD approaches for Windchill deployments.
- Drive UAT, cutover planning, hypercare, and postgolive optimization.
