Key Responsibilities

- Requirement Analysis:Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project management and workflow requirements

- Translate business needs into technical specifications for Jira configurations

- Jira Configuration:Customize and configure Jira to meet specific project and team requirements

- Implement custom workflows, fields, screens, and dashboards

- Plugin Development:Develop custom plugins or scripts using Jira API or scripting languages (eg, Groovy)





- Integrate Jira with other tools and systems as needed

- Automation:Implement automation rules and scripts to streamline repetitive tasks and processes

- Utilize Jira Automation features for workflow automation

- User Training:Train end-users and teams on using Jira effectively

- Create documentation and guides for Jira usage

- Integrations:Integrate Jira with other Atlassian tools (Confluence, Bitbucket) and third-party applications

- Ensure data consistency and synchronization across integrated platforms
