Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid role for a JDA Dispatcher Developer or Lead based in Gurugram, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining solutions using JDA Dispatcher and related supply chain or logistics modules to support business operations. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing requirements, configuring and customizing JDA components, writing and reviewing code, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing system performance.

The skilled in this role will collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in solution design and architecture discussions, and support deployments, upgrades, and integrations.



The Lead-level responsibility may also include mentoring team members, enforcing best practices, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications

- Strong experience with JDA Dispatcher (and related JDA/Blue Yonder modules), including configuration, customization, and integration.
- Solid background in software development using relevant programming languages and frameworks (for example, Java, .NET, or similar), with ability to write clean, maintainable code.
- Knowledge of supply chain, logistics, or transportation management processes and how they map to JDA solutions.
- Experience with databases, SQL, and performance tuning in an enterprise application environment.
- Ability to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and translate them into technical specifications and solution designs.
- Experience working in Agile or iterative delivery environments, including participation in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage priorities across multiple tasks or projects.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and to mentor team members if in a lead capacity.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Previous experience in a similar developer or lead role within enterprise implementations of JDA/Blue Yonder is highly beneficial
