- Provide functional support for the JDE Manufacturing, Distribution Suites, and Finance Suites.
- Analyze and resolve user problems, and provide user instruction on JDE functionality, requirements definition, gap analysis, and business process design.
- Good understanding of Manufacturing and Transportation Modules (JDE or Third-Party tools)

Critical Skills:

- Experience in configuring, testing, troubleshooting,



and supporting the end user for the enabled JDE applications and related technology.
- At least 8 to 10 years of hands-on experience in implementing core modules within the JDE Manufacturing, Distribution suite, eg, Procurement, Inventory, and Sales Order Management, and Transportation modules within JDE or Third-party tools
- Experience in Localization is a must
- Experience with multiple modules is required.
- Managed implementation projects and provided support on user requests
