Job Scope: We are seeking an experienced Java skilled to implement, configure, support, and enhance financial software products. This role combines Java development, product implementation, deployment, client-facing support, and production incident management responsibilities.

Roles & Responsibilities

Financial Product Implementation

- Implement and configure financial software solutions based on business requirements.
- Participate in client onboarding, deployment, and rollout activities.
- Support application customization and integration requirements.

Java Development & Enhancements
- Design, develop, and maintain Java-based modules and integrations.
- Build and support REST APIs.
- Perform code fixes, enhancements, and performance improvements.

Production Support
- Provide L2/L3 support for mission-critical financial applications.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents within SLA timelines.
- Analyze application logs, system alerts, and monitoring dashboards.
- Escalate critical issues appropriately and ensure timely resolution.

Incident & Problem Management
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues.




- Implement preventive and permanent corrective solutions.
- Participate in incident reviews and post-mortem discussions.

Deployment & Environment Support
- Support release management and deployment activities.
- Manage environment configurations and application setups.
- Coordinate deployment verification and rollback procedures.

Required Skills & Experience

- 6+ years of Java development experience.
- Experience implementing and configuring software products.
- Strong exposure to production support environments (L2/L3).
- Hands-on expertise in:

- Core Java
- Spring Framework / Spring Boot

- REST APIs
- SQL Databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MySQL)
- Experience troubleshooting production issues and analyzing logs.
- Strong debugging and root cause analysis capabilities.
- Linux/Unix server administration and command-line experience.
- Experience with Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to interact directly with clients and business users.
