Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Java Developer with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Apache Kafka, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP). The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing scalable backend applications, building distributed systems, and delivering reliable cloud-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java and Spring Boot .
- Architect, develop, and enhance Microservices-based applications .
- Implement event-driven architectures and asynchronous messaging using Apache Kafka .
- Develop, deploy, and manage applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) .
- Design and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, availability, and security.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and perform root-cause analysis.
- Follow coding standards, design patterns, and software engineering best practices.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.




- Collaborate with architects, DevOps, QA, and cross-functional teams.
- Participate in technical design discussions, sprint planning, testing, and production deployments.

Required Qualifications
- 6.5–11 years of experience in Java backend development.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.

- Experience developing, deploying, or supporting applications on GCP.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, distributed systems, design patterns, and database concepts.
- Experience with performance tuning, debugging, and production support.
- Positive problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
