Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain large-scale Java-based microservices architecture using Spring Boot.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and design scalable solutions that meet customer needs.
- Ensure high availability, performance, security, and reliability of the system by implementing DevOps practices such as continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Lead junior engineers in code reviews, mentorship, and knowledge sharing to improve overall team performance.
Job Requirements :
- 14-28 years of experience in software development with expertise in Java programming language.
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, design patterns, DSA principles, LLD concepts.
- Experience with distributed systems design and implementation using technologies like Kafka/RabbitMQ.
