Job Description: Java Full Stack Developer

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Java Full Stack Developer with 10- 12+ years of hands-on experience in building and enhancing scalable, enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate must have strong experience working on an HR Tech / HRMS / HCM / Payroll / Talent Management product.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Java and modern frontend technologies.
- Work closely with Product, Engineering and Business teams to deliver new product features and enhancements.
- Develop and integrate REST APIs, microservices and third-party integrations.
- Participate in architecture, code reviews, performance optimization and technical problem-solving.
- Ensure application security, scalability, reliability and high code quality.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical best practices.





Required Experience & Skills
- 10 to 12+ years of software development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, Spring, REST APIs and Microservices.
- Strong frontend experience with Angular / React / JavaScript / TypeScript.
- Experience with SQL databases such as MySQL/PostgreSQL/Oracle.
- Experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS/Azure, and CI/CD.
- Mandatory: Experience working on an HR Tech / HRMS / HCM / Payroll / Talent Management product.
- Robust understanding of product development lifecycle and Agile methodology.
- Must be based in Bengaluru and willing to work in a hybrid office model.

Good To Have
- Experience with Docker/Kubernetes.
- Kafka or other messaging platforms.
- Experience building SaaS / B2B enterprise products.
- Experience in AI/ML-enabled HR Tech products is a plus.
