About the Role

We are looking for highly skilled Java Full Stack Engineers with strong Java, Spring Boot, React.js, Kafka, REST API, database and contemporary CI/CD experience to build scalable, high-performance applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Java / Spring Boot / React.js.
- Develop backend services and microservices using Java 11+ / Spring Boot / Microservices Architecture.
- Build and integrate REST APIs / Service-to-Service Integrations / JSON.
- Develop and maintain React.js components / JavaScript / Frontend Functionality.
- Implement Kafka-based event-driven architecture / Messaging Flows / Asynchronous Processing.
- Work with SQL / NoSQL Data Stores / Oracle / MarkLogic, as relevant to the application.
- Write clean, maintainable and testable code / Participate in Code Reviews.
- Use Git / Version Control / Standard Development Workflows.
- Support CI/CD pipelines / GitHub Actions / Automated Build and Deployment.
- Collaborate with QA / DevOps / Product Teams / Engineering Teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Troubleshoot application defects / Performance Issues / Frontend and Backend Problems / API and Database Issues.

Required Qualifications and Must-Have Skills
- 7–10 years of relevant software development experience.




- Strong Java 11+ / Core Java / Object-Oriented Programming.
- Strong Spring Boot / Microservices / Backend Development.
- Hands-on React.js / JavaScript / ES6+ / Frontend Development.
- Hands-on Apache Kafka / Event-Driven Architecture / Messaging.
- REST APIs / API Integration / JSON / Web Services.
- SQL / NoSQL Databases / Oracle / MarkLogic exposure relevant to the application.
- Git / Version Control / Code Collaboration.
- CI/CD / GitHub Actions / Build and Deployment Pipelines.
- Ability to work from the Pune office as required.

Pune Location Requirement Candidates currently based in Pune or the surrounding Pune region are preferred. Candidates currently based elsewhere may also be considered if they have previously worked in Pune and are willing to relocate.

Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills

Docker / Kubernetes / Containerisation, Azure Cloud / Cloud-Based Applications / Deployment, Agile / Scrum / Sprint Delivery, Enterprise Applications / Scalable Systems / High-Performance Applications.

Candidate Screening Priorities

- Strong practical experience in both Java backend development and React.js frontend development.
- Hands-on Kafka experience in application development or production systems.
- Relevant Spring Boot / Microservices / REST API experience.
- Experience with GitHub Actions and CI/CD workflows.
- Immediate joiners or candidates available within 0–15 days preferred.
- Pune location eligibility as described above.
