Key Responsibilities

- Application Development:Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications for various business functionalities

- Develop and enhance ABAP programs for SAP applications and integration

- Java Development:Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in Java

- Implement Java solutions for web applications, backend systems, and other software components

- ABAP Development:Design, code, and debug ABAP programs within the SAP environment

- Customize and enhance SAP modules, reports, and interfaces using ABAP

- Integration and Interoperability:Integrate Java applications with SAP systems and other enterprise software





- Ensure seamless data flow and interoperability between Java and ABAP components

- Database Interaction:Work with databases, both relational and SAP HANA, to retrieve and store data efficiently

- Optimize database interactions for performance and scalability

- System Optimization:Identify opportunities for optimization in both Java and ABAP code

- Implement performance improvements and conduct regular code reviews

- Collaboration:Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, system architects, and QA engineers, to understand requirements and deliver solutions

- Work closely with SAP functional teams to align ABAP development with business processes

- Documentation:Create and maintain technical documentation for Java and ABAP code

- Document system architecture, data models, and integration points
