Job Purpose

We are looking for enthusiastic and technically inclined freshers who have completed their Diploma or ITI in relevant technical trades. Selected candidates will receive practical, on-the-job training and gain hands-on experience in technical operations, installation, servicing, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Eligibility Criteria

- Candidates must be 2026 pass-outs.
- Must have completed ITI or a Diploma in a relevant technical discipline.
- No active or pending backlogs in any semester or examination.
- Candidates must have successfully completed their qualifying course at the time of joining.
- Degree holders who have completed their degree and meet the relevant technical requirements may also apply.
- Freshers with a willingness to learn and build a career in technical service operations are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the installation, servicing, and maintenance of technical equipment.
- Support senior technicians and engineers in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections.
- Follow technical procedures, safety guidelines, and quality standards.
- Maintain service reports,



inspection records, and maintenance documentation.
- Attend customer service requests and support timely resolution of complaints.
- Participate in technical training and continuously develop practical skills.

Preferred Technical Qualifications
- ITI: Electrician, Mechanic, or other relevant trades.
- Diploma: Mechanical & Electrical
- Relevant degree holders with an interest in technical service and maintenance may also be considered.

Required Skills
- Basic technical knowledge and problem-solving ability.
- Willingness to learn and work in a field-based technical role.
- Good communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
- Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
- Commitment to safety, discipline, and quality standards.
