We are looking for a skilled ITAM: Reconciliation Rules Analyst to join our team at GIG Consultants. The ideal candidate will have experience in CMDB/HAM and be able to work with various stakeholders to ensure seamless reconciliation processes.
Roles and Responsibility
- Analyze and resolve discrepancies in the CMDB/HAM system.
- Develop and implement effective reconciliation rules to improve data accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address issues related to asset management.
- Create and maintain documentation of reconciliation processes and procedures.
- Provide training and support to end-users on new reconciliation processes.
- Monitor and report on reconciliation performance metrics to senior management.
