Position 1: Backend Developer

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Backend Developer to work on an IT Upgradation and Loan Origination System (LOS) Development project. The candidate will be responsible for developing server-side applications, business logic, APIs, database integration, and system performance improvements.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, maintain, and upgrade backend applications for the LOS platform.
- Design, develop, and integrate REST APIs and web services.
- Implement business logic, workflows, and application security.
- Manage database design, queries, and data integration.
- Support system migration, IT infrastructure upgrades, and application enhancements.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize application performance.
- Collaborate with frontend developers, business analysts, and project stakeholders.
- Perform unit testing, debugging, documentation, and deployment support.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of backend programming languages such as Java, Python, .NET, or Node.js.
- Experience in REST API development and third-party system integration.
- Knowledge of SQL databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Microsoft SQL Server.
- Understanding of authentication, authorization, and application security.
- Experience in application development, maintenance, and system upgrades.
- Knowledge of Git, debugging, and software development best practices.

Preferred Experience: 3–6 years in backend development, preferably in enterprise applications or financial services/LOS projects.

Position 2: Frontend Developer

Job Summary





We are looking for a skilled Frontend Developer to develop and enhance user-facing applications for the IT Upgradation and LOS Development project. The candidate will work closely with the backend team to deliver responsive, secure, and user-friendly application interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain responsive web application interfaces.
- Build LOS screens, application forms, dashboards, and workflow-based interfaces.
- Integrate frontend applications with backend REST APIs.
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design.
- Optimize application performance and user experience.
- Implement form validations, error handling, and role-based user interfaces.
- Coordinate with backend developers, testers, and business stakeholders.
- Participate in testing, debugging, deployment, and technical documentation.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Experience with React.js, Angular, or another modern frontend framework.
- Experience integrating REST APIs.
- Knowledge of responsive UI design and frontend performance optimization.
- Familiarity with Git, debugging tools, and browser developer tools.
- Understanding of secure frontend development and application testing.

Preferred Experience: 3–6 years in frontend development, preferably in enterprise web applications or financial services/LOS projects.

Common Project Requirements

- Location: Solapur, Maharashtra
- Work Mode: Mandatory onsite
- Duration: 10 months
- Candidates must be available to work onsite for the project duration.
- Solid communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills are required.
- Candidates should be comfortable working with cross-functional teams and project deadlines.

Pay: From ₹80,000.00 per month
