We are looking for a hands-on IT and networking qualified to manage on-site infrastructure, keep our systems secure, and support day-to-day IT operations at our Kolkata site. Freshers with strong fundamentals and experienced candidates are both encouraged to apply.

Role & responsibilities:

- Install, configure and maintain LAN/WAN, routers, switches, firewalls and Wi-Fi at site
- Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity issues quickly
- Implement and monitor security measures: firewall rules, antivirus, access control, patching

-Anything new comes up have to learnup and should be able to tackle
- Provide L1/L2 support for desktops, laptops, printers and other site hardware
- Manage user accounts, email and basic server administration
- Maintain IT asset records, backups and documentation
- Coordinate with vendors and ISPs for repairs and upgrades

Preferred candidate profile:





- 0-3 years of experience in IT support / networking (freshers welcome)
- Networking basics: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, VPN
- Familiarity with firewalls (Fortinet, Sophos, Cisco, etc.)

- Windows/Linux troubleshooting
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity practices
- Good communication and willingness to work onsite
- Education: Diploma / B.Tech / BCA / B.Sc (IT/CS/Electronics) or equivalent

Good to have:

- CCNA, CompTIA Network+/Security+, CEH or similar certification
- Experience with biometric/access control systems/troubleshooting.
