IT Support Technician

Location: Dubai, UAE

We are looking for an IT Support Engineer to provide technical support, maintain computer systems, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and software.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems.
- Provide technical support to employees and resolve IT issues.
- Maintain LAN, Wi-Fi, and other network devices.
- Support system updates, antivirus, and data backup procedures.
- Maintain IT equipment and technical documentation.

Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems, computer hardware, and networking.




- Basic troubleshooting skills for LAN, Wi-Fi, printers, and software.
- Relevant work experience is an advantage.
- Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.
