Laurus Education Group is seeking a capable and customer-focused IT Support Officer – Microsoft 365 to provide technical support to employees across our international education operations.

What You'll Be Doing

- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to employees across multiple locations.
- Troubleshoot Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive and Exchange Online.
- Administer user accounts, permissions, licences and access requests.
- Support Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and multi-factor authentication.
- Assist with Windows 10/11 troubleshooting, device configuration and software installation.
- Support routine Microsoft Intune and device management activities.
- Manage helpdesk tickets and maintain accurate technical documentation.
- Coordinate IT onboarding and offboarding activities with HR and managers.
- Maintain IT asset and licensing records.
- Identify recurring technical issues and recommend practical improvements.

What We're Looking For

- 2+ years of experience in IT helpdesk, desktop support or Microsoft 365 administration.




- A relevant IT qualification or equivalent practical experience.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration and Microsoft Entra ID.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and desktop troubleshooting.
- Understanding of user access management, permissions, basic networking and IT security.
- Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Strong written and spoken English.
- Ability to support users remotely and work effectively with international teams.

Highly regarded:

- Microsoft 365 certifications.
- Experience with Microsoft Intune, Exchange Online or PowerShell.
- Familiarity with IT ticketing and asset management systems.
- Experience supporting users across multiple offices or time zones.
