– IT Support Desk Executive

Job Responsibilities

- Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT devices.
- Troubleshoot Windows OS, software, hardware, email, and internet connectivity issues.
- Manage LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, VPN, and basic network troubleshooting.
- Handle user accounts, passwords, permissions, and Active Directory.
- Provide technical support for ERP, CRM, HCM, attendance software, and biometric systems.
- Manage Microsoft 365/Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and shared drives.
- Perform software installation, updates, antivirus checks, and data backups.
- Maintain IT asset inventory, software licenses, and hardware records.
- Coordinate with vendors for IT repairs, AMC, and technical issues.
- Maintain IT documentation, support tickets,



and ensure data security.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, hardware, and software troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of networking, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN, and Wi-Fi.
- Experience with ERP/CRM/HCM applications and user access management.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, antivirus, and backup systems.
- Good communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

Qualification
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant IT support experience.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
