We are looking for a skilled IT Service Desk Engineer to support day-to-day IT operations and provide technical assistance to end users. The ideal candidate will be responsible for incident management, service request fulfillment, asset management, inventory tracking, and ensuring timely resolution of user-reported issues. The role also involves acting as the primary IT point of contact for the Gurgaon office.

Responsibilities include identifying and diagnosing issues, logging and tracking incidents, escalating unresolved cases, maintaining asset records, and supporting end-user computing environments.
