About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented IT Recruiter / Candidate Manager to join our talent acquisition team. The role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, building strong candidate relationships, and supporting hiring needs across various technology skill sets.

Required Skills

- 2-7 years of experience in IT Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
- Solid experience in sourcing technical talent across technologies.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Good understanding of recruitment processes and market intelligence.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Preferred Skills
- Experience hiring for Java, .NET, SAP, Cloud, Data, DevOps, Infrastructure, or Digital Technologies.
- Knowledge of ATS tools and recruitment metrics.
- Experience working with product-based companies, GCCs, or staffing organization
