Job Summary

We are looking for target-driven IT Sales Agents to generate leads, connect with Indian businesses, and sell IT services and digital solutions. Candidates should have strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and contact potential clients through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and other sales channels.
- Pitch the company's IT services, software solutions, web development, and other digital services to prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions based on their business needs.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings or demos for potential clients.
- Follow up with prospects regularly to move opportunities through the sales pipeline.
- Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and service details with prospective clients.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms within approved company guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and deal progress in the CRM or sales tracker.




- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, qualified leads, meetings, and sales.
- Coordinate with the sales team and relevant departments to ensure smooth client handovers and follow-ups.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Requirements

- Education: bachelors
- [Required Experience in IT Sales / B2B Sales]
- Solid verbal communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Basic understanding of IT services, software, websites, and digital solutions.
- Ability to handle objections, follow up consistently, and close sales.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, lead tracking, and sales reporting.
- Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a performance-driven environment.
