- Source and attract top talent for permanent IT staffing positions through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.
- Coordinate interviews with clients to understand their requirements and schedule suitable candidates accordingly.
- Conduct screening of resumes, cover letters, and other relevant documents to filter out unsuitable applicants.
- Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new hires.
Job Requirements :
- 2-6 years of experience in IT recruitment or related field (FTE/C2H/).
- Solid understanding of IT staffing industry trends and market demands.
- Excellent interview coordination skills with ability to manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
- Proficiency in mass mailing tools for bulk email campaigns.
